Villa Giovanna

A ancient House live together with  the traditional hospitality of a private home. Fully standalone, surrounded by a park with a large swimming pool, the House gives the opportunity to enjoy in every season the leisurely pace and details of the charm of the Lake. The large staircase leads to the first floor guests, where we offer the pleasure of resting in bright and comfortable rooms. The rooms have all been renovated and furnished, each with a particular style:
The FLOWER ROOM, the master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom. A reading area overlooks the large garden.
The LIBRARY ROOM, once the owner studio, now is a double bedroom which has a wall of medical lectures and the ancient desk area. The DREAM ROOM has a double bed and a single one. Both can be combined to meet the needs of a family of five which can  have at their disposal a large bathroom with shower. Lights and contemporary furnishings contrast nicely with the flavor of the old hardwood floors of the late ‘800. The stone staircase ends to what was once “the floor of the young girls”, today a large and bright apartment featuring designer furniture and antiques, with wooden floors and beams offering the surprise of a small turret which gives access to the roof terrace which opens throughout the country. From here you can enjoy a view that stretches from the hill toward the Lake.

Guests have access not only to the three bedrooms and to the two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower) but also to the last generation kitchen that overlooks the garden and swimming pool. A spiral staircase rises to a small living room with a large window, a living with  vintage furniture for those who want to read a book with the view of the lake.
The GREEN OPEN SPACE, the old  limonaia, an old 40 sq meters small house has been transformed into a refined living area, just a few steps from the pool and totally surrounded by large windows that reflect the beauty of the garden. The area  is available to guests for listening  music, or, on request , for dinner. The garden offers guests corners with seating for your romantic dinners, an outdoor grill to cook catch of the day or delis.
