An exclusive villa, in one of the most characteristic areas of Lake Garda, the elegance of a ancient house live together with the traditional hospitality of a private home. Fully standalone, surrounded by a park with a large swimming pool, the House offers you the opportunity to enjoy in every season the leisurely pace and detail that the charm of the Lake. The large stone staircase leads to the first floor guest, where offers the pleasure of resting in a bright and comfortable rooms, protected by walls, expression of the former residence and of family history. The FLOWER ROOM, the master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom. A reading area overlooks the large garden.
The LIBRARY ROOM, once the owner studio, now is a double bedroom which has a wall of medical lectures and the ancient desk area. The DREAM ROOM has a double bed and a single one. Both can be combined to meet the needs of a family of five and have at their disposal the large bathroom with large shower.
Lights and contemporary furnishings contrast nicely with the flavor of the old hardwood floors by end 800. Our passion for good food and cooking quality leads us to give the time and place of the breakfast room with fireplace, Conservatory offering warm and welcoming, in summer on the edge of the pool, THE GREEN OPEN SPACE or the most intimate places of the garden. Every morning at breakfast cakes and homemade jams are accompanied by tastings of salty. The garden offers guests corners with seating for your romantic dinners, an outdoor grill to cook your catch of the day or delis.
By day you can enjoy the solarium area, walk to the main beaches of the Lake and the nearby villages where to buy local products, daily fresh fish to cook on the barbecue in the garden.
