A new contemporary loft house into a private green garden. A restructuring immersed in the absolute peace of the small village of Navazzo in the town of Gargnano. A huge garden of approximately 2000/2500 square meters surrounds the house on each side, creating a beautiful living outside the area to have breakfast in the sunshine connected to the kitchen of the house , or perfect  in the evening  for  romantic dinner using the outdoor barbecue. The garden features a sunbathing area with a wonderful Maldivian shower of fresh water that allows you to cool off on hot summer days. In the evening you can enjoy an intimate and romantic atmosphere thanks to the lighting of the spaces around the house. The interiors were designed to provide a living area with kitchen inside/outside masonry. Large tables can accommodate up to 15/20 people. Predominates the oak wood, corten, the Tuscan terracotta, high-quality materials that give the house a distinctive unique charm. The tile floors were made from ancient Tuscan farmhouses, while all the ceilings keep the old wooden beams repainted in shades of white. The historicity of each element pleasantly contrasts with the contemporary glass that opens the ‘ inside to the outside.

A beautiful bathroom with clean lines with shower exposed brick and marble sinks fits perfectly with the natural style of ‘dwelling. Double glazed windows everywhere, summer and winter air conditioning maintain a pleasant temperature cool in summer and a warm atmosphere during the winter period. The iron staircase made to measure by the family leads from the living area to that of the night on the top floor. Above the kitchen there is the second area living with two large sofa beds, the open wardrobe and an outdoor terrace where to continue to live at ‘ outside the house on the upper floors. The plus of the house: the suspended mezzanine which leads the wonderful double futon. From there, once again the wonderful view of the green spaces of the house and nature. The choice for the bedroom is to create two contiguous areas, the large open space that can accommodate 4 persons and a more private area for two more guests can enjoy beautiful views of the interior and exterior spaces. In the evening the rooms are darkened by electric curtains that can be managed from any environment. The lake is in front of us, in some places you can see it, in some places it hides behind the oak trees that form the perimeter of the garden. The owner likes to call their home a precious white candy surrounded by greenery and quiet of nature: “the Quite SUITE 71”.
